Reservations
can only be held with a credit
card (Visa, MC, or Discover) or deposit of 1/2 the total lodging price. A six
day period is given to receive deposits (note the date of stay on check/money
order).
Cancellation Policy:
1/2 Deposit-is
non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation.
Credit Card-If
cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation 50% of entire
lodging price will be charged, If less than 4 days, full price of entire
reservation will be charged.
If
reservation is booked within 15 days of reservation date, a 24 hour grace period
will be granted before cancellation policies go into effect.
No refunds for early departure
Refund Policy:
No cash
refunds will be given. Refunds on Cash payments will be given on a Wild Rose
Gift Card. Refunds on Credit Cards must be charged back to the original card
which must be present to receive a refund (no exception). You MUST present the
original sales receipt or credit card slip to receive any refund.
