* Winter Rates begin November 1 through May 1 and excludes: 2 days before and after Thanksgiving, December 20 through January 3, the weekend of some holidays, and other special events (three night minimum). Only the PLEX units are open during the winter months.

Cancellation Policy:

1/2 Deposit-is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation.

Credit Card-If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation 50% of entire lodging price will be charged, If less than 4 days, full price of entire reservation will be charged.

If reservation is booked within 15 days of reservation date, a 24 hour grace period will be granted before cancellation policies go into effect.

No refunds for early departure

Refund Policy:

No cash refunds will be given. Refunds on Cash payments will be given on a Wild Rose Gift Card. Refunds on Credit Cards must be charged back to the original card which must be present to receive a refund (no exception). You MUST present the original sales receipt or credit card slip to receive any refund.
