PRICES AND AMENITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
* Winter Rate requires a two night minimum
* Winter Rates begins November 1 through May 1 and excludes: 2 days before and after Thanksgiving, December 20 through January 3, some holidays, and other special events. Some units are not available for Winter rental.
UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING
Look at what each unit has and compare
Rooms are not equipped with pots, pans, or utensils. Ice is sold in the store. Prices, policies, and attractions subject to change without notice. An additional fee of $10 per person will apply for any persons over the unit occupancy. Children under 3 can be excluded as occupants. Cribs, hideaways, and extra bedding are available at an additional fee
Pets are not allowed in any of the units except Cabin 7 and A-frame 2. No exceptions. We recommend against some pets (especially small ones) due to mountain wildlife that may harm your household pet.
Please remember that you are responsible to clean up after your pet and for any damage they might cause. Pets are permissible in all RV and campsites.

Reservations can only be held with a credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover) or deposit of 1/2 the total lodging price. A six day period is given to receive deposits (note the date of stay on check/money order).
Cancellation Policy:
1/2 Deposit-is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation.
Credit Card-If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation 50% of entire lodging price will be charged, If less than 4 days, full price of entire reservation will be charged.
If reservation is booked within 15 days of reservation date, a 24 hour grace period will be granted before cancellation policies go into effect.
No refunds for early departure
Refund Policy:
No cash refunds will be given. Refunds on Cash payments will be given on a Wild Rose Gift Card. Refunds on Credit Cards must be charged back to the original card which must be present to receive a refund (no exception). You MUST present the original sales receipt or credit card slip to receive any refund.
