Rooms are not equipped with pots, pans, or utensils.  Ice is sold in the store.  Prices, policies, and attractions subject to change without notice.  An additional fee of $10 per person will apply for any persons over the unit occupancy.  Children under 3 can be excluded as occupants.  Cribs, hideaways, and extra betting are available at an additional fee

Cancellation Policy:

1/2 Deposit-is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation. 

Credit Card-If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation 50% of entire lodging price will be charged, If less than 4 days, full  price of entire reservation will be charged.

If reservation is booked within 15 days of reservation date, a 24 hour grace period will be granted  before cancellation policies go into effect. 

No refunds for early departure

Refund Policy:

No cash refunds will be given.  Refunds on Cash payments will be given on a Wild Rose Gift Card.  Refunds on Credit Cards must be charged back to the original card which must be present to receive a refund (no exception).  You MUST present the original sales receipt or credit card slip to receive any refund.

A $75 cleaning fee all apply to all stays of less then three nights
