All of us at Jared's Wild Rose Ranch Resort would like your vacation to be as fun & convenient as possible. If you are a fisherman, a hiker, tourist, or just want to relax, Jared's Wild Rose Ranch Resort will provide you with all of your vacation needs.

Jared's Wild Rose Ranch Resort would like your vacation to be as fun & convenient as possible. Here is some information that may be useful:

Check in time - For all units is 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Check out time -11:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Reservations can only be held with a credit card (VISA, MC, or DISCOVER) or a cash deposit of 1/2 of the total lodging price.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION While you are staying with us we do not enter your room. If your stay is for an extended period, cleaning may be rendered upon your request. Rooms are supplied with clean bedding and towels upon your arrival. Towels, toiletries, and trash bags will be delivered daily as needed.  Please leave soiled towels outside your door by 11:00 a.m. for pickup. Except for the Big Cabin, kitchens are not equipped with pots, pans, dishes, or utensils.

WINTER RATES begins Nov. 1 through May 1 and excludes:2 days before and after Thanksgiving, Dec. 20-Jan. 3, some holidays, and special events.  Winter rates require a minimum stay of three nights.

Food can be obtained through the restaurant and/or the Convenience Store.

Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in any of the rental units except for the old cabins. Pets must stay on porches. Pets are not allowed at the PLEXES. We recommend against pets ( especially small ones) due to mountain wildlife that may harm your household pet.

Laundry facilities are available to the public downstairs in the first and second PLEX units. 

Parking Only (non-guest/storage) Vehicles or boats $2.00/night.

Cookware, Dishes, and Kitchen Supplies though many of our units are equipped with stoves, ovens, fridges, and/or microwaves they are not supplied with any cookware or dishes.  

Cancellation Policy:

1/2 Deposit-is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation. 

Credit Card-If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to reservation 50% of entire lodging price will be charged, If less than 4 days, full  price of entire reservation will be charged.

If reservation is booked within 15 days of reservation date, a 24 hour grace period will be granted  before cancellation policies go into effect. 

No refunds for early departure

Refund Policy:

No cash refunds will be given.  Refunds on Cash payments will be given on a Wild Rose Gift Card.  Refunds on Credit Cards must be charged back to the original card which must be present to receive a refund (no exception).  You MUST present the original sales receipt or credit card slip to receive any refund.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS--EXCEPT FOR MAIL-IN DEPOSITS
