Non-smoking Pets allowed additional fee of $10 a night.  Renters are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees caused by their pets.  Pets must be restrained at all times Minimum three night stay.  Discounts are offered for weekly stays. A $500 damage deposit is required, refundable no more then one week after your stay. A $75 non-refundable cleaning deposit is required. Boat access to Henry's Lake is available, guest pay $1.00 a day to launch their boats or $16.00 a night to harbor their boats. Unlimited use of the Wild Rose Ranch Hot-Tub Access to Outdoor grills, picnic tables and more.
